How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer support staff for rapid, skilled one-on-one service if you have any queries about any of our products or require assistance and technical support.

Return Policy:

All eligible return are subject to the following conditions:
(1) All Returns are issued in Store credit. Store credit from an online purchase can only be used online. 
(2) There is a minimum 20% restocking fee for used products, all returns are subject to inspection.
(3) Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, or from the day of delivery for online orders.
Return Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as syrups & loose leaf tea), custom products.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 



(4)There are no returns issued on: Parts, cups & spoons if they have been opened or used.
