Return Policy: All eligible return are subject to the following conditions: (1) All Returns are issued in Store credit. Store credit from an online purchase can only be used online.
(2) There is a minimum 20% restocking fee for used products, all returns are subject to inspection.
(3) Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, or from the day of delivery for online orders.
Return Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
(4)There are no returns issued on: Parts, cups & spoons if they have been opened or used. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
